Description

Handfan with white mother-of-pearl linkage, coming from France S. XIX and engraved with leaves and incrustations in old gold. On the reverse, the openwork bone guides are appreciated.
Mounted with cloth (country) lace with natural silk medallions. Painted by Folgado (Valencia). Representing little angels or cherubs with garlands of roses wrapped in clouds.
The linkage was restored between 1985 and 1990 for later assembly and as you can see the restoration is perfect.
